Chin up, woman! It could be water retention, it could be barometric pressure (I swear, I've heard that one). Haven't you been increasing your physical activity? It could be muscle pounds replacing fat pounds. So get out of your funk, you are STILL doing great!!

I hear ya! Hang in there, hon. The journey continues and you continue to do great no matter what that scale throws at you. This is your life now, not just a diet. There are bound to be days when the scale throws us for a loop, but your hard work is still paying off. I'm so very proud of you!
